Who We Are and What We Do

Originally known as Victory Cakes by Nicoll, The Pink Rose Cake Boutique was founded by Nicoll Mosley in 2017 located in Burlington, NC. After having the honor of serving clients in north central NC and southern Virginia, we made the decision to rebrand and relocate in 2020.

The Pink Rose Cake Boutique is now happily located in Charlotte, NC and serving clients all over North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. All of our cakes are made to order and we do not offer ready-made items available for same-day pickup.

We focus on providing our clients with one of a kind, unique, custom cakes. Always using the freshest and highest quality ingredients we strive to design cakes that not only look stunning, but taste amazing as well.
